How to connect your Google Sheet with Boleani

With Google Sheets you keep your menu or catalog in a sheet you already know, and Boleani reads it so the voice and WhatsApp agent use real prices and products. Here is how to connect it.

   Set up your sheet with the right columns

   The first row is the headers. Boleani recognizes these columns (and their synonyms): name, price, description, category, variations, stock and sku. If your business books appointments, it also recognizes duration (minutes the service takes) and capacity (how many clients you can serve at once in the same slot). Only "name" is required; if there is no price column, the product defaults to 0 and you adjust it later.

   For variations use the format "Group: option | option(+price)". Example: "Size: Small | Large(+2)". For services, "duration" in minutes (e.g. 60) and "capacity" as a number (1 = one client at a time, 3 = three in parallel). If you omit these columns, Boleani uses 30 min and 1 client by default.

   Share the sheet as "Anyone with the link"

   In Google Sheets click Share (top right). Under "General access" switch to "Anyone with the link" with the Viewer role. Then copy the document link.

   You do not need to make it public to search engines; link access as Viewer is enough.

   Open Connections in your Boleani dashboard

   Go to "Catalog & Menu" in the dashboard and open the Integrations / Connections button. In the list of sources, pick "Google Sheets".

   Paste the link and sync

   Paste your sheet URL into the file link field and press "Connect Google Sheets". Boleani reads the rows and creates or updates your products automatically.

   Re-sync whenever you change prices

   Every time you edit prices or products in the sheet, open Connections again and press "Sync now". Changes reflect in the agent within seconds.
